Esker Huron 2 Winter Tent Stove

The Huron 2 hits a practical sweet spot for groups camping in a 10' x 10' hot tent: enough firebox capacity to keep everyone warm through a cold Canadian night, in a more compact footprint than the larger Superior stoves.

The key upgrade from the original Huron is the adjustable pipe elbow, which makes the Huron 2 a natural match for the Classic 2 tent's side wall stove pipe ring. The angled stack keeps the pipe exit away from the tent canvas, reducing creosote ember contact and removing the need for a spark arrestor. It's a straightforward improvement that adds a real measure of safety and convenience for anyone spending multiple nights in the bush.

Built by Kni-Co from 22-gauge cold rolled steel, the Huron 2 delivers a 34.5 L burn chamber with a damper and draft control door for dialling in temperature without constant tending. Esker's snow float legs keep the stove stable on soft or uneven ground using branches or poles you find on site, and all pipes nest inside the stove box so transport stays organised and nothing gets lost between trips.
